The innovative beauty umbrella brand Deceim recently celebrated their 6th birthday but it was their customers that got the present! A birthday box containing products from three Deceim brands was made available in limited quantities at 65% off. Here are my thoughts on the contents of the box:
The Ordinary Buffet + Copper Peptides 1%
This offer caught my eye as the set includes The Ordinary’s upgraded buffet serum including copper peptides which I have been wanting to try. The set cost £27.97 which is less that the cost of purchasing the serum individually at £28.90!! The formula contains various peptides, amino acids and hyaluronic acid to target multiple signs of aging at once. This is different in both colour and consistency to the original buffet. This version is thinner and the copper peptides give a blue tint to the formula. This serum sinks into the skin easily and contains a total concentration of 26% active ingredients.
NIOD Fractionated Eye Contour Concentrate
This concentrated eye serum combines 28 clinical technologies to target many signs of under-eye and above-eye aging in one treatment—including biotechnology, polyphenol technology, next-generation cyclic peptide technologies, marine science and modern drone delivery mechanics. This treatment targets visible ageing; the look of dynamic lines, static lines, fine superficial under-eye lines, loss of elasticity, dark circles, puffiness and textural unevenness. I can vouch for claims of visible results within 3 days. I have suffered from severe dark circles for years and have spent almost as long searching for an eye product to tackle them with no success. With this concentrate I noticed a significant reduction after just a couple of days use!! I wish I had taken before and after pictures but I had honestly given up hope of getting rid of my dark circles. This product is worth the £43.50 it costs to purchase individually. I will repurchase this.
The Chemistry Brand Hand Chemistry
This concentrated hand cream targets 8 signs of hand ageing. The 19.5% active complex is designed to improve firmness, elasticity, density, evenness, brightness, texture, smoothness and hydration. The fragrance is subtle, fresh and fruity. Hands are left velvety smooth after use.
