Balance Me Congested Skin Serum

Designed for acne prone skin, this soothing gel can be used as an on the spot treatment or all over the face to diminish blemishes and calm inflammation. The Serum has a menthol fragrance which is not unpleasant. This 99% natural product is highly rated on the birchbox store with customers reporting that the formula containing chamomile, anti-bacterial may chang, lavender and eucalyptus works wonders on breakouts in a short amount of time. I therefore think the the full size of this is an absolute steal at £16.

Manna Kadar Step 3 Perfect Blush in Shade Paradise

I’m not a big fan of powder blushes but that’s just a personal presence. If you like this type of finish Manna Kadar blush goes on smooth, has a lovely sheen and makes skin look alive. Here is a rare photo of me wearing powder blush just for you guys to see how it looks (I look less than amused about it too!):

What’s in it for me..? Shower Scrub

This is not a heavy duty exfoliant like I was expecting. I would liken this to one of those daily  shower exfoliators which are just grainy enough to maintain smooth skin on a daily basis. The gel has a lovely delicate frangrance and contains almond oil to condition the skin.

Lumene Instant Glow Beauty Serum

Bluring the lines between skincare and beauty, this offers sheer colour and coverage with skincare benefits. Be warned this is extremely sheer coverageand would probably only work as a base if you are blessed with near perfect skin or want a super natural look. The makers do advise layering this with other products to create your desired level of coverage. The serum contains arctic spring water, arctic cloudberry seed extract and pearlescent pigments. Here I am wearing this product as my base:

Klorane Floral Water Makeup Remover

Designed for sensitive skin, this isn’t the most powerful makeup remover I’ve ever used but a few founds of cotton wool soaked in this did the job. It’s always handy to have a mini makeup remover for the gym or travelling.
