I was pretty much exclusively a coffee drinker until my mid 20’s when a friend introduced me to citrusy wonder of Earl Grey tea. Recently another friend gifted me a box of T2 French Earl Grey tea bags and I’m obsessed! This version includes a floral twist with the addition of hibiscus, sunflower petals, rose petals and mallow flowers.
I headed to my local T2 store to stock up after reaching the end of the box. I decided to go for loose leaf tea this time as it works out better value and a gives a fuller flavour. The aroma of this tea is like a sun drenched meadow whilst the flavour is subtle and dreamy.
I also purchased a T2 Teamaker for brewing this beautiful petal laced tea. The Teamaker is the tea equilvalant to a cafetière. The cool thing about this gadget is that after brewing your tea, you pop the Teamaker on your cup which is then automatically filled. The Teamaker brews 1-2 cups. Thanks to T2 I can now bring a touch of luxe to the daily ritual of brewing tea.
