Three Great: Exfoliating Masks

Life can be busy, so I love multistasking beauty products. I don’t get the time to relax and pamper myself with a face mask nearly as often as I would like, so when I do, I often reach for a mask that not only nourishes and conditions the skin but sloughs off dead cells too. Here are three of my favourites:

Kiehls Turmeric and Cranberry Seed Energising Radiance Mask

The newest product of the three, this mask bills itself as an instant facial, and it really does leave skin glowing. After letting it dry for ten minutes or so, the crushed cranberry seeds do a fantastic job of exfoliating as the mask is washed off. Skin is left rosy, smooth and bright. I’m not in love with the smell, though it is not unpleasant.

Origins Original Skin Retexturizing Mask with Rose Clay

This one of my absolute favourites; its rose scent is just heavenly. The clay purifies the skin and the jojoba beads exfoliate beautifully as you wash off the mask. The result is sparkling clean, baby soft skin. The pale pink colour means I look a lot less scary wearing this than with other clay masks!!

Elemis Papaya Enzyme Peel

I like to use this in the bath, whilst enjoying the delicious fruity smell. I leave this on while I soak (Elemis recommends 10-15 minutes) before rinsing thoroughly. There is no wonder this stuff has so many devotees; it’s one of my all time favourite beauty products.
